My wife and I came to Virginia from North Carolina knowing very little about the area we were moving to. We called various agents with multiple real estate companies asking general questions about the area and specific properties. Typically, the agents responded several days later to our inquiries if at all. It was not until we met Marshall Overstreet at Prudential Radford Realtors, when we committed to the agent we wanted to deal with in finding a place to call our first home. From the beginning, Marshall was eager to provide useful and accurate information to us in a timely manner. We began the process not knowing much about the area and very little about buying a house in general. As you know I had some very specific and unique requirements for my home search. Last year my family and I were looking for a house in Blacksburg and happened to meet Marshall Overstreet one Sunday afternoon. After visiting with Marshall and discussing our needs, we decided that he would be an excellent person to represent us and help us find what we were looking for.
